Well as I mentioned in my last post I was hoping to blog about a Christmas tree and guess what... we got one! And we decided to go fake this year. Since they were pretty dang cheap and we wanted one that was slimmer. It looks so dang cute! I really actually love it. I have always been a real tree girl but just wasn't in the mood to wrap the lights, sweep up a million pine needles, and have my cat's up in it all the time. :)
Saturday I went to Layton to have breakfast with Santa at my moms work. It was fun. Then we got all the Christmas lights hung up on our house and our neighbors house. Ok it was mostly the boys. I just got to hang out and help babysit their little girl Dallas. I love her... I call her my niece because we have become so close to that family Cory and Aline are pretty much my brother and sister. After that we had pizza and the girls headed off to Tai Pan! I didn't find anything that really tickled my fancy (which is shocking).

Once the tree's up it really feels like Christmas. We got a fake one too. We save $ on trees every year, and I burn an evergreen candle in the house for that real tree scent.
Yay for Christmas decorations!! Dallas is SO adorable - my goodness what a cute face she has!
